In this role, you will:
- Report to the Senior Project Manager.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Assist development and upkeep of the project documents. These include the project charter, project management plan, and the Risk Management plan.
- Monitor and report on Project Progress
- Co-ordinate all necessary workshops from design through to implementation.
- Assist with preparations for Change Management board Meetings.
The ideal candidate brings:
- 4 + years relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years, project management and Change Control
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Previous experience using Microsoft Project
- Effective communication skills with the ability to communication to all levels of stakeholders
- Experience using IT systems to control work packages.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification (an asset)
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in Microsoft Dev Ops would be desirable.
- Experience in Agile Project Management would be desirable.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including writing formal reports, and making presentations.
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
