Expected Salary: $51,888 - $64,859
To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

Description
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate security access to business sites, including arranging shipyard access and safety training with FMF Cape Scott and Victoria Shipyards Ltd.
- Organize, schedule, and support the delivery of general security training programs.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and embedded contractors.
- Support the creation, issuance, tracking, and distribution of facility access cards using Kantech (access card system).
- Create, track, and remove alarm PIN codes across all company locations.
- Maintain and monitor building access systems for multiple facilities.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to communications received through the general security mailbox.
- Develop and distribute communications related to Security, Information Assurance, and Emergency Management activities.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Babcock Canada security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate security meetings with management and Information Asset Owners, including assisting with the preparation of quarterly presentations.
- Participate in meetings regarding security analytics
- Assist with new and annual Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) and Defence Wide Area Network (DWAN) access requests for Babcock personnel.
- Act as an Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) and assist with briefings within the Contract Security Program (CSP).
- Support the administration of annual Requests for Visit (RFVs) to Department of National Defence sites, Victoria Shipyards Ltd., and other controlled-access locations.
- Promote and facilitate ongoing security awareness and education initiatives across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate brings:
- 1-3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting personnel security programs is considered an asset.
- Project management experience and/or formal project management training is considered an asset.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Canadian Secret Security Clearance and meet ITAR requirements.
