About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Task Materials Logistics Officer (TMLO) / Stores Officer to support the efficient delivery of maintenance operations through the effective management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and maintenance materials.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the coordination, control, and movement of inventory and equipment to ensure maintenance activities are supported safely, efficiently, and without delay. Working closely with maintenance and operational stakeholders, you will oversee the receipt, storage, inventory management, issue, dispatch, and reconciliation of goods and materials across the business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements while maintaining the highest standards of inventory integrity, compliance, safety, and operational readiness.
Moreover, you'll take charge of prioritizing materials in need of repair or maintenance in storage to ensure that our stock levels consistently meet contractual obligations for serviceable inventory.
About you
You will be experienced in MILIS and SAP with strong computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. You must also have the ability to pick up new processes and systems to deliver on the RMP West contract.
You will bring strong logistics, warehousing, or stores experience, coupled with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and work collaboratively to ensure maintenance teams have the materials they need, when they need them.

You will have an NV1 Defence Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
