We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to support the financial management of major nuclear engineering projects.

 

You will be responsible for finance business partnering work to key operations stakeholders, to include management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cash flows.

 

Your key deliverables will include:

  • Month End reporting on the project monthly results
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and ownership for aged items
  • Prepayments and accruals preparation and analysis
  • Supporting the Mid – month / quarterly forecasting / Annual Budgeting process
  • Cash flow reporting – forecasting timescales and amounts of cash receivable.
  • Commercial analysis on revenue and margin profitability.
  • Supporting the project controls / process teams and providing financial advice as and when necessary
  • Preparation and posting of month end journals
  • Year-end audit support

 

 

What do I need to do the role?

  • Experienced in a similar finance role
  • Enrolled on to, or actively studying for ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar
  • Good level of skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders up to a senior level
