The role
As an Associate Security Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure that all visitors for the PP&E Programme are processed efficiently and professionally, acting as a representative for the Programme Security Team.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll serve as the front-of-house representative for the PP&E programme, welcoming visitors.

  • Maintain and manage the visitor and staff booking desk system, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Oversee the pass system, ensuring visitors are booked in and security checks are completed.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders regarding access and visits.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PP&E Security Team.

 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and offers hybrid working arrangements with time split between the office in Warrington and working from home. The position requires being on-site in Warrington from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Additionally, there is flexibility to condense full-time hours into Monday to Thursday.

 

Essential Experience for the Associate Security Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on their importance.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in using MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook.

 

Qualifications for the Associate Security Advisor:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
