The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will undertake various administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the Cavendish hub they are aligned to.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties ensuring the smooth running of the department, including travel booking support to the business. 

  • Processing and filing a wide range of documents and information received from a range of sources, including reconcile records to ensure accuracy of data and the system.
  • Identify and carry out initial investigation into discrepancies and shortages, involving statistical information, document control or physical stock control.
  • Build relations with stakeholders, customers and suppliers and exchange information in order to clarify a situation, eg placing orders, arranging appointments, deliveries, etc. 
  • Collate and extract data and produce routine reports, schedules, summaries and letters for internal circulation or for customers and suppliers.

 

This role is full time role, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2/3 days in the office and is based at Warrington.

 
Essential experience of the Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a role that demonstrates administrative skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn.

 

Qualifications for the Administrator:

  • GCSE in English or an Admin NVQ Level 3
