As an Interim Group Head of Benefits, you’ll take a pivotal leadership role within our Corporate Services function during an exciting period of change and opportunity. This 14‑month fixed‑term role offers the chance to shape group‑wide benefits and recognition strategies that directly support our people strategy, inclusion objectives, and long‑term organisational priorities.

- Leading the strategic design, governance, and delivery of employee benefits and recognition programmes
- Driving alignment between benefits, reward strategy, and inclusion and diversity objectives
- Partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to influence decision‑making
- Managing external suppliers, budgets, and benefit schemes to deliver value and compliance
- Ensuring benefit offerings reflect UK legislation, market practice, and organisational priorities
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Interim Group Head of Benefits
- Operating at a senior, strategic level within reward or benefits leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in pensions, including scheme design and governance
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship‑management capabilities
- Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
