This is your opportunity to join Babcock as a Customer Services Driver / Administrator. This is an interesting and varied role where you will have the opportunity to upskill and gain further licences all within an excellent working environment.


Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Services Driver / Administrator to provide front of house duties to the site and be a point of contact for the customer. You’ll have excellent communication and organisational skills with proven office administration experience.


What will you be doing?
You will be working as part of a team that enable vehicles/assets to be efficiently delivered into the repair process and delivered back to customers after the repair process.You will co-ordinate the arrival of vehicles/assets planned for repair, deliver handover/takeover processes/discrepancy reporting and transfer ownership on JAMES system. You will also liaise with customers and the planning function to amend the production plans where necessary.


The experience you’ll bring 
You’ll have experience in the following:

•    Previous experience in a customer facing role
•    Office Administration experience
•    Excellent communication and organisation skills 
•    Full UK driving licence
