The role
As a Fleet Planning Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support the contract to ensure planning KPIs are met and records are kept up to date for 260 vehicles.

Day-to-day, you will provide assistance with the management of fleet resources to ensure the provision & availability of vehicles and equipment for customer training demands are met.
  

  • Understand Customer demand & facilitate planning decisions
  • Assist with managing the process for reactive demand from input to loading, articulating impact to existing demands.
  • Check courses correspond with the vehicle planning sheet
  • Lead the way and set the example in terms of best practise regarding safety and ensuring your team understand the importance of being always safe in the workplace.

 

This role is full time working 39 hours per week and is based on site at Bovington. 

 

Essential experience of the Fleet Planning Specialist

  • Administration experience with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Good organisational skills
