Production Supervisor


About the role


Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to be responsible for the effective management of production, including the supervision of manpower and allocation of work in an efficient and cost effective way.


Responsibilities include;
• Control and motivate staff to eliminate time wasting and to achieve maximum potential from production staff.
• Overtime working is monitored and only worked when required, and timesheets are completed correctly and presented on time.
• Involvement in the recruitment process, local interview in area
• Chase up parts shortages where required
• Monitor hours taken against given jobs on a daily basis
• Keep an up to date production efficiency dashboard, and report into the line manager each day


What do I need to do the role?


You will have previous working experience of production line functions in a vehicle conversion environment.


You will also have management experience from a fast paced Automotive / Production background having lead large groups of people.
