In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the development and deployment of the Babcock Business Management System.
  • Undertake Quality Assurance support activities for the delivery of all sectors of the business, including both customers and suppliers.
  • Through a combination of job records inspection, analysis, and audit processes, review documentation to ensure full compliance with Babcock Canada’s Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Support the development and release of the new processes, procedures, and forms in support of Babcock Canada Business Management System.
  • Maintain and update Quality Assurance department documents and actively participate in updating/revision process.
  • Perform internal and external audits as required and audit external vendors.
  • Produce Non-Compliance Reports.
  • Support the transition and standardization of processes.
  • Other duties as required.


The ideal candidate brings:

  • An accredited post-secondary education in an applicable field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Quality Management and experience with ISO 9001, 45501, 14001 and Aviation.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Qualification and experience as an auditor is an asset.
  • Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date as well as any COVID boosters recommended by public health authorities
  • You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
