General Description of job


As part of a team, to provide second line support for bespoke / niche systems, including incident management, provision of technical advice and asset / system management.


Main tasks

  • Second line support for bespoke / niche systems
  • System commissioning
  • Service management (incident, change, asset) tools and processes
  • technical liaison, advice and guidance
  • Security logging and user access compliance
  • Monitioring of compliance
  • Documentation and facilities management of data
  • Knowledge management and sharing
  • Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.
  • Drive Continuous Improvements through the implementation of ISO 90001:2015,or equivalent.


    Technical Experience and Qualifications


  • Linux administration
  • Virtualisation management (VMWare)
  • Networking (Basic)
  • Windows administration         
  • Active Directory
  • Centrify management
  • System data flow
  • ITIL service manager
  • ITIL asset manager
  • RF fundamentals


    Security Clearance
