As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Your insights will shape critical decisions, optimise resources, and influence the future direction of our operations, making a tangible impact on business performance.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Generate and deliver comprehensive risk analysis against the delivery forecast, presenting findings to customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Track and validate Gainshare savings, ensuring monthly sign-off with both internal teams and external partners.
- Identify and drive value improvement opportunities within the delivery forecast to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address emerging business needs and contribute to broader organisational objectives.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week on site at DSG Donnington, Shropshire or Andover, Hampshire, with the flexibility to work full time on site when business needs demand.
This is a fixed term position for a duration of 52 weeks.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain Analyst:
- Proven experience in a commercially focused role within a similar operating model.
- Background in an established commercial organisation, working within a supply chain function to deliver compliant contracts.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong capability in managing, assessing, and interpreting large data sets to support Procurement and Supply Chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and utilising data analytics tools and reports to drive informed decision-making.
