As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll support the planning and material‑management process by maintaining two interconnected MRP/ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, and generating insights that improve forecasting, inventory performance and supply chain efficiency. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capability and a passion for system accuracy, continuous improvement, and problem‑solving within a fast‑moving environment.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Maintaining alignment and accuracy across two connected MRP/ERP systems, ensuring high‑quality master data (including bills of materials, lead times and order policies)
- Supporting engineering change updates and configuration control to ensure data integrity
- Producing weekly and monthly MRP and performance reports, highlighting trends and risks
- Interpreting complex datasets to identify supply‑chain issues, performance opportunities and root causes
- Providing insight that supports planning, forecasting and customer delivery requirements.
This full‑time position working 37 hours per week offers hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of three days onsite at Andover or Donnington. At times, business needs may require you to be onsite full‑time. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 52 weeks.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain Analyst:
- Hands‑on experience with MRP/ERP systems (such as SAP or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of material planning and supply chain processes
- Ability to analyse data, recognise patterns and deliver actionable insight (Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Creative, analytical problem‑solver with strong communication skills
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Engineering or regulated industries.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
