About the Role
Want to elevate your systemic thinking and showcase your Supply Chain and Bid expertise? We have an incredible opportunity for you to support bid-related activities across both future and existing programs. In this role, you'll work closely with Business Development and Senior Procurement and Supply Chain (P&SC) personnel to gather essential input for bid development.
You'll manage and support Business Development teams for any P&SC-related delivery requirements, such as pricing, supplier lists, strategies, management plans, resource planning, and forecasting, while developing P&SC Management Plans for bid proposals.
Additionally, you'll assist the Governance and Compliance team with Supplier and Subcontractor onboarding requirements and processes for the region. You'll also conduct periodic reviews based on identified risk evaluations as part of the Early Engagement of Bid Support requirements.
You'll have the chance to provide strategic support to the Regional Strategic Supply Chain Manager in identifying industry engagement initiatives that support bid-winning opportunities.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Law or in any related discipline.
- Knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth Procurement processes and policies and practical application of the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines.
- A current holder of Chartered MCIPS status qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrable skills in Governance and Compliance requirements for Procurement and Supply Chain Management professional standards.
- Proven expertise in navigating the Supply Chain bid tender process.
