The role
As an Order Handler, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for processing and tracking customer service requests, ensuring they are delivered correctly in support of the end user.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Receive service requests from the customer and input details into appropriate system tools
  • Provide advice to customers to help ensure service orders are placed correctly
  • Monitor requests through to fulfilment, meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Keep the customer and internal teams updated on progress
  • Support the Order Handling Team Leader with general administration duties that the business may require

 

This role is full time, 37-hours per week and is based at Corsham.

 

Essential experience of the Order Handler

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc) suite, Teams, Visio and other office productivity tools
  • Experience of general office management, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels

 

Qualifications for the Order Handler

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC)  security clearance for this role.
