The role

As an Apprenticeship Manager, you will lead and oversee the delivery of the Level 3 Operational Firefighter Apprenticeship, ensuring apprentices receive outstanding education, support and safeguarding throughout their journey. • Overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of the firefighter apprenticeship programme, from enrolment through to completion.
  • Ensuring high standards of quality assurance, regulatory compliance and funding rule adherence.
  • Monitoring apprentice progress, achievement and wellbeing, intervening early to support retention and successful outcomes.
  • Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring learner welfare and protection are central to programme delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, customers, awarding bodies and assessment organisations to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week and is based in London, working across Beckton and Park Royal, with a hybrid working model.
