About the role

 

Working on our brand new flagship contract you will be responsible to manage all quality assurance processes and policies for the various programmes. Ensuring internal and subcontract delivery meets all agreed quality targets, including working with partners to build harmonised quality assurance joint working practices and ensure programmes are fully compliant with a range of appropriate standards and regulations.

 

What do I need to be able to do the role?


You will need to have experience of working with QAA / OFS / OFSTED frameworks. The ability to promote the sharing of ideas across the contract to support objectives in becoming an “outstanding” provider. Whilst working collaboratively with the other quality leads to ensure a consistent approach on quality across all apprenticeship provision


We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

 

  • Knowledge of the requirements of degree apprenticeships (funding knowledge also desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of writing Self-Assessment Reports and Quality Improvement Plans
  • Able to interpret and summarise reports and other statistical data
  • Excellent understanding of the external inspection / self-assessment framework for apprenticeships including degree level apprenticeships

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
