Project Support Officer
Location: Skelton, Penrith

Job Purpose
We are recruiting a Project Support Officer to provide administrative support across all areas of Skelton projects and centre of excellence activity.

Main Tasks
You will provide support and undertake tasks for the Skelton team, including:
• Maintaining and managing documentation (paper and electronic), coordinate and prepare reports in support of Skelton Operation
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are current and reflect the latest processes and practices;
• Assisting in the preparation of process mapping;
• Coordinating mandatory project documentation including version control;
• Maintaining signed copies of project documentation in project folders;
• Attending meetings as required;
• Supporting the transition to new equipment and systems.
• Assisting and supporting the implementation of solutions in response to operational incidents.

Essential Qualifications/Experience
You will require good knowledge of Skelton operations along with good communications skills with good oral and written English;
We would also like you to have an understanding of the relevant communications equipment and systems.
Finally you will require:
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications
• Gain and hold a DV Security Clearance if needed
• Familiarity in operating PC based control systems
• Ability to produce operational instructional material / manuals / guides

• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
