The Role
As a Training Solutions Architect you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary.  You will be part of the team designing innovative training solutions for our customers. 
Day to day, you’ll undertake detailed analysis of requirements, develop innovative solutions and incorporate these into proposal submissions.
•    Input to or lead training solution development 
•    Develop value-for-money means of meeting specified training requirements
•    Support negotiations with potential customers and partners 
•    Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external training stakeholders 
•    Identify and articulate training business opportunities 
Essential experience Required 
Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of training systems and extensive experience of designing and developing the services/functions that form parts of these systems
Broad understanding of training, how technology can enhance it, and how the delivery model can be optimised
Understanding of the environments, particularly urban settings, in which our customers (Defence and Resilience services) conduct operations


Desirable experience
•    Understands learning pedagogy 
•    Experience of working within complex change programmes, or as a member of a training business/service, Defence or Resilience sectors – preferred BUT not exclusive. 
•    A demonstrable and broad base of managerial experience of multi-skilled teams 
•    An understanding of the commercial aspects of bidding or business development 
•    Understands a Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and/or ADDIE models


Qualifications Required 
•    Educated to degree level preferred 


37 hours per work with a hybrid working arrangement 


The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
