The role
As a Supplier, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working within Stores undertaking issues, receipts and storage of the Logistics Supply Chain in support of HADES Operations.

Day-to-day, you’ll carry out Demand, Issue, Receipt & Storage of MOD stores and equipment in accordance with current regulations. Using logistics accounting systems, as well as:

• Action deliveries, checking receipts and notifying discrepancies to Supply Control and Accounting Section. And disposal of surplus or obsolete MOD stores and equipment in accordance with current regulations.
• Assist with any stock reconciliations by carrying out Stocktaking/Snap Check programmes within Stockholding Groups as required. 
• Maintain physical security of all stocks, assets, and buildings under their control.
• Check and safely operate MHE provided for use within Supply Flight operation areas. (Palletiser & Sack Truck)

This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Northolt.

Essential experience of the Supplier

• Previous experience in Supply Chain/Logistics environment (Advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Abilitly to work on own initiative
• Able to be flexible to accommodate changes in work practices. 
   

Qualifications for the Supplier

• Hold full current driving licens
• Maths and English basic level
