Engineering Field Force Assessor
Location: East Anglia
Salary: Up to £30,500
Permanent, Full Time

 
About the role

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Field Force Assessor to join a nationwide team of Assessors to instruct, monitor and assess learners who are studying for a Level 3 Engineering qualification in Engineering Maintenance within the motor industry covering East Anglia. 
 
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Manage a caseload of learners and assist them in the delivery of their Level 3 qualification
• Create and maintain an efficient work plan, practising effective time management and cost effectiveness
• Setting and reviewing progressing training objectives, mentoring and assessments
• Monitor student progress towards achievement and give feedback where appropriate

What do I need to do the role?
• You must have a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship in the motor trade or engineering maintenance
• Training experience advantageous
• Excellent organisation and IT skills
• Knowledge of military vehicles is useful
• Flexibility to travel across the region including occasional visits to Kent and Windsor

 

What else do I need to know?
• Babcock are one of the largest training providers nationally, managing a portfolio of some of the largest contracts
• You will work a 37 hour week Monday-Friday
• All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for Security Clearance
