Babcock Training 

The Customer Service Advisor role is based within our Civil Training business area.

The role

The difference our new Customer Service Advisor will make
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing first line contact for all automotive retailer staff in relation to their training and development needs.  

 

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, whilst always delivering an exceptional standard of service. You’ll also be using the management information available to proactively contact Retailers, securing course delegate attendance in line with Babcock SLA's.

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role requires weekly travel onsite at Reading, 2 to 3 days per week, alongside home working arrangements.

 

Essential experience

•    Knowledge and experience of MS Office – Excel and Word
•    Previous customer service or call centre experience
•    Accurate and precise written and verbal communicator 
•    Full UK driving licence
•    Enthusiastic, willing to learn and a good problem solver
