About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Relations Executive to join our ever-growing academy located at Wokefield Park, Reading. The individual will be joining a small team supporting our customer BMW, responsible for the administrative and management tasks related to the courses and training held on-site.

This includes contacting retailers, securing course delegate attendance and booking management, making it the perfect role for an individual who prides themselves on their interpersonal skills. Through the important technical management of our customer relations we are able to maintain our strong relationship with our clients.

BMW is a premium and reputable brand who really look after their staff, providing numerous training/upskilling opportunities and perks such as exclusive event invitations and test drive opportunities.

 

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Working with central resources to maximise attendance and course revenue
  • Close courses and perform all related course administrative tasks
  • Achieve SLAs through targeted and proactive retailer contact and booking management
  • Responding to all Retailer training enquiries and resolve any questions or concerns within SLA timescales

 

What skills do I need to do to do the role?

  • Strong IT Skills - Familiar with Excel and Word – Ideal but not essential
  • Data Management – Excel experience
  • Friendly and good communicator – prides themselves on their interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills

 

Extra Considerations: Due to Wakefield Park being greater Reading you must be able to commute – driver preferable as it has been commented that public transport can be difficult.
