The Systems Specialist role is based within our Civil Training business area.

The role

The difference our new Systems Specialist will make
As a Systems Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. With your skills and expertise, you’ll drive system and service improvements through continuous quality assurance, supporting our two key contracts.

 

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and delivering technical and systems services to our customers, ensuring that the system and service meets the current needs of their business.

This hybrid role may require travel to Portsmouth alongside remote working arrangements and access to any Babcock Hub.  The role would be ideally suited to someone within travel distance to Portsmouth.

 

Essential experience

•    PeopleFluent LMS (NetD) systems knowledge or similar 
•    Implementation and Testing of SCORM packages 
•    Evidence based experience in managing systems implementation project(s) 
•    Experience in identifying bespoke solutions to customer needs 
•    Experience in roll out of compliance based LMS systems 
•    Robust, resilient and the ability to work under pressure
