The role
As a SuccessFactors Solution Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a critical role within the SAP Service and Programme organisation. You will be responsible for the design, configuration, analysis and support of the SuccessFactors and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs of Babcock cross divisional processes.
Day to day, you’ll be working closely with our customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SuccessFactors and HCM functionality, the solution lead adds value to the SAP organisation through their technical and business process knowledge of this area.
- Providing specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting SAP solutions in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA) and Payroll (ECC6). Leading in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs
- Ensuring all business processes, functional specification, technical specifications, test scripts and training documentation are created and up to date.
- Ensuring compliance to existing standards, and development of required data and reporting standards.
- Ensuring the integrity of the SuccessFactors and SAP HR configuration in the SAP systems across multiple landscapes.
- Supporting business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. Assisting with and responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling.
- Leading and conducting configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities. Working with the Service Desk, SuccessFactors, HR and Shared Service Centre teams to facilitate incident, problem resolution and SF releases/upgrades
- This role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel to our Portsmouth site.
Essential experience of the SuccessFactors Solution Lead:
- Proven hands-on experience of SuccessFactors and SAP HR design, configuration and support experience (Boomi & CPI)
- Proven experience of managing and leading projects, changes and releases
- Excellent configuration and support knowledge of HR master data, structures, portlets and reports
- Proven implementation, design, configuration and support experience of SuccessFactors in the following areas; Employee Central, LMS, On-Boarding, Recruitment & Marketing (including CSB), Compensation and Competency/Job Profile Builder
- Sound design, configuration and support knowledge of SAP HR
- Excellent understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of integration tools, processes and error handling of SuccessFactors to SAP HR and Payroll applications. (Dell Boomi, HCI/CPI)
Qualifications for the SuccessFactors Solution Lead:
- SuccessFactors Certification Employee Central, Compensation and Recruitment or equivalent.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
