The role
As a SAP Solution Lead (Payroll&HCM), you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality, the SAP Payroll solution lead adds value to the SAP organisation through their technical and business process knowledge of this area.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the design, configuration, analysis, and support of the SAP Payroll & HR modules/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs of Babcock cross divisional processes.

  • Provide expert level design, configuration and functional support for the SAP solutions in the SAP Payroll and HCM modules/solutions of ECC6
  • Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills
  • Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs
  • Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs and process modeling
  • Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities

 

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with occasional travel. 

 

Essential experience of the SAP Solution Lead (Payroll&HCM):

  • Extensive hands-on SAP Payroll, HCM and SuccessFactors ECP, design, configuration and support experience
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP Payroll related solutions required to deliver the service
  • Integration experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Modules, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Plant maintenance, Production Planning and Procurement and Supply Chain

 

Qualifications for the SAP Solution Lead (Payroll&HCM):

  • A university degree or relevant experience in finance
