As a Procurement Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Requisition‑to‑Pay (R2P) process across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the way we manage procurement activity, ensuring our systems, controls and user experience remain effective, compliant and continuously improving.

Day-to-day, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations, supporting critical defence, engineering and aerospace programmes that help keep people, assets and nations safe.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure our R2P process aligns with procurement policies and compliance requirements.
- Manage requisitioner access rights, primarily within Coupa and associated procurement systems.
- Arrange and deliver training sessions, maintaining high‑quality training materials and documentation.
- Monitor communication channels for requisitioner, supplier and content queries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
- Support users and stakeholders to maintain smooth transactional flow and excellent system experience.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with visiting onsite once a month and the other days working from home.
Essential experience of the Procurement Enablement Specialist
- Detailed knowledge and experience of working with the Requisition‑to‑Pay process.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Experience implementing Coupa, including catalogue, form and questionnaire setup.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and performance targets.
- Experience managing high volumes of work and balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
