The role
As a People Centre Payroll Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure the timely and accurate payment of all payees on all occasions whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the processing of weekly/monthly payrolls as assigned.

  • Efficient maintenance of employee files
  • Timely and accurate inputting of payroll related data, including new employee and leaver records                                                       
  • Accurate updating of staff records via the SAP payroll system
  • Efficient production and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports

 

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week provides hybrid working arrangements with occasional travel onsite. 

Essential experience of the People Centre Payroll Administrator:

  • Payroll understanding and working experience 
  • Administration skills 
  • Experience of using SAP system would be desirable 

 

Qualifications for the People Centre Payroll Administrator:

  • GCSE in Maths & English or equivalent
  • CIPP qualified or equivalent desirable

 

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
