The role
As a Cashier Banking Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key part in driving improvements in the process and technologies supporting Finance and Accounting. Reporting to the Cash Manager, you will:
- Input and collate weekly accounts payable and expense payment runs onto the Bacs platform.
- Issue payments via online platforms and process manual payment requests.
- Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the various Bank Accounts.
- Ensuring effective, accurate and timely response to queries.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with one day per week onsite and four days working from home.
Essential experience of the Cashier Banking Administrator
- Prior experience in a banking administrator role.
- Excellent time management ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
