Apprenticeship Services Director

About the role

 

To provide strategic guidance to the business on apprenticeship matters, ensure the business is fully compliant with funding and quality rules / frameworks, and lead the central apprenticeship functions to provide support and guidance to the apprenticeship contracts across the business.

 

What do I need to be able to do the role?

 

Detailed knowledge, understanding and application of the apprenticeship quality frameworks. Experience of managing relationships, both external and internal, to drive outcomes and an understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and their application across multi-sector provision


We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

 

  • Excellent at interpreting a wide range of financial information and the ability to use this information to determine strategy
  • Commercially astute and business focussed, with an ability to provide strategy direction
  • Effective management of resources and operational risk

 

What else do I need to know?

 

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
