About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a TQDM.


You’ll be part of the Configuration and Due Process Team who are committed to the development and implementation of configuration management for Engineering Services. The team facilitate configuration and due process activities across Facilities Engineering and administering the tools used. 


This is a full time, permanent position which would suit a process driven individual with document control or administration experience to join a small team focussed on improving the health of our design records.


You will be the focal point for Document Management activities, interrogating Document Management Systems to compile and validate data for key design records. You will engage with stakeholders to determine the sufficiency and accuracy of those records. The role requires the development and population of a database of asset and document information which in turn will assist in the development of reports and KPIs to highlight areas of excellence or requiring improvement.


Additional document control related duties and responsibilities will also be required to support the business e.g. workflow, hazard protection and retrieval of documentation.

What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent, document management experience in a regulated environment, plus an understanding of relational database methodology would be advantageous. 

You will be diligent with documentation and ensure compliance with processes.

Knowledge of any of the following, Autodesk Vault, Microsoft Office, Access and SharePoint.
