Maintenance Planner

Osborne, SA, AU, 5017

Onsite or Hybrid:  OnSite
  • Refurbishment of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Support of Collins Class submarine maintenance
  • Osborne site based

 

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for undertaking planning activities for the refurbishment of mechanical & electrical equipment in support of Collins Class submarine maintenance. You will achieved this by preparing and maintaining schedules for activities and events, and taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.

 

You will proactively work across multi-functional areas and collaborate with finance and commercial to assist with the integrated project delivery, and support project controls.

 

This is a site based role at our Osborne location, with some opportunity to WFH.

 

About you

You will have in-depth knowledge of and experience within a maintenance planning environment. You will either have defence industry exposure, or be passionate to build your career in this environment.

 

Your ability to identify improvements and follow process will enable you to take the lead on identifying material requirements, allocation of budgets and documentation as required.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate level of Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance
  • Planning experience within a maintenance operation environment
  • Strong MS Office suite proficiency
  • Ability to interpret drawings and material specification would be highly advantageous
