The role
As an Aptitude Testing Invigilator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible and accountable for the correct and efficient delivery of Aptitude Testing Invigilation/Assistant tasks.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Briefing candidates prior to aptitude testing in accordance with the Aptitude Administration Guide. 
  • Familiarise yourself and adhere to the Aptitude Administration Guide and to be able to set up test sessions where required.
  • Ensure test room is clean and prepared for testing and safe custody of test material.
  • Familiarise yourself with current and past testing policy and with the test in order to answer any queries that may arise.
  • Report suspected breach or collusion and any hardware or software faults.

 

This role is part time and based onsite at RAF Cranwell.

 

Essential experience of the Aptitude Testing Invigilator:

  • Similar background environment important
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
