Regional Trainer – Health and Social Care

About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Regional Trainer to recruit, progress and complete a caseload of learners.  

Your main duties will consist of:

  • Manage own caseload of learners
  • Delivering teaching, learning & assessments to learners within the Health and Social Care sector (working to Level 2 Functional skills in Maths & English)
  • Maintaining documentation on teaching, learning and assessments in line with current Health and Social Care Standards.
  • Assessing, progressing and completing learners
  • Building and developing relationships with small, medium & large Health & Social Care employers
  • Ensure quality systems and processes are complied with at all times


What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need to hold L5 in Health and Social Care competency, L2 in Maths, English and ICT, relevant industry related qualifications such as HND or NVQ’s. If you have a CAVA qualification or Award in Education and Training, this would be beneficial.

What else do I need to know?

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
