About the role

 

Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Recruitment Customer Service Consultant to be responsible for the implementation of internal and external marketing communications for Automotive Training. 

 

Responsibilities include the following:
• Plan, implement, lead and report on key digital marketing campaigns across all available platforms on behalf of clients
• Write and create content for the different audiences, online channels and create clear “Call to Actions” and user journey’s
• Engage communities through Email Marketing and Social Media to stimulate and encourage applications to the apprenticeship programme through positive discussion and engagement.
• Implementation of the wider marketing plan to deadlines and to budget including newsletters, events, advertising, and ROI reporting

 

What do I need to do the role?

 

You will have previous experience in customer service within an office/corporate environment.

 

A previous role in Recruitment would be desirable.

 

What else do I need to know?

 

This position will primarily be working from home due to the current climate, but a return to the office is imminent. Travel to Warwick will also be involved.
