About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Enrolment Administrator to facilitate the process for Apprenticeship enrolment.

 

You will be responsible for pricing and other related issuing of documentation regarding apprentice fees. Liaise with the main internal central audit response team ensuring that all individual records are accurate and complete, and altered in response to compliancy.

 

Your main tasks will include manage Apprenticeship enrolments through to handover. Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets related to signing up Apprentices. Ensuring compliance to procedures and processes. Contacting employers/learners to signup apprentices

 

You will also be expected to:
•Re-engage with potential learners and employers who are at risk of not completing the sign up process
•Ensure compliance to funding body and other client contracts
•Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible or passing effectively to colleagues.
•Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
•Ensure adherence to all H&S and security policies

 

What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need excellent Administration skills.

 

Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
•Excel skills
•Excellent communication skills

 

About Babcock Emergency Services & Training

We have a talented team of over 1,800 employees that work for our Emergency Services and Training (ES&T) business. Employees are located across various locations across Great Britain and work tirelessly in our offices, workshops, academies and remotely to deliver expert training across a wide range of contracts and provide vital vehicle maintenance to London's emergency services.  Our talented employees keep the emergency services vehicles on the road. We provide vehicle servicing and repairs to the Metropolitan Police Services (MPS) and London Fire Brigade (LFB) from our various workshops in London and surrounding areas.  We also provide vital training for new recruits and existing people to the fire service.
