The role

 

As a Rescue Skills Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting the London Fire Brigade you will be responsible for delivering training to a high standard to Firefighters. 
 
Day to day, you’ll be delivering line rescue training to the firefighters.
 

  • Training Line rescue level 1 and 2  
  • Provide feedback and support to delegates
  • Carrying out assessments of skills

 

This role is a full time permanent position and will be based onsite at Park Royal

Essential experience of the Rescue Skills Trainer:
 

  • Rope Rescue Supervisor or IRATA Level 2
  • Promotes a positive leadership culture where ownership, accountability and involvement in decision making is promoted.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
