The role

 

As a Curriculum Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing efficient and effective support to the Head of Incident command, that will enable delivery of customer and key stakeholder requirements to be met  including delivery of the annual training plan and the review and maintenance of current courses.

 

Day to day, you’ll work alongside the design team as content advisors for new planned and proposed courses, including expected learning outcomes.  Develop with other team’s trainer development pathways and CPD sessions.

 

  • Support the development and maintenance of high-quality training materials that seeks to embed Innovation and technology.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff development team to optimise development opportunities.
  • Responsibility to co-ordinate, escalate and oversee all training activities at all facilities.
  • Personnel Performance: Provide Line Management of the trainers.
  • To include but not limited to:  Supervision, approval of time sheets and expenses, ensure that self and all staff members are fully up to date with mandated training and Personal Development Reviews, in particular meeting the required Competent to Train criteria as a minimum.  


This role is a full time permanent position and will be based at one of our London sites with hybrid working from home arrangements.

 

Essential experience of the Curriculum Lead:

 

  • Experience of operating within a training environment
  • Have a working knowledge of a Systems Approach to Training and its application in the training environment
  • Leading teams in design and delivery of training
  • Commercial/contractual awareness

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
