The role
As a Learning Management System Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of our SuccessFactors (SF) Learning Management System
Day-to-day, you’ll act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key liaison for the SF LMS administrator community, maintaining strong governance, system reliability, and an exceptional user experience.
- Function as the SME and primary liaison for the SF LMS Administrator community
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders and administrators
- Develop, maintain, and monitor governance processes to ensure consistent and compliant use of the SF LMS
- Maintain and optimise LMS system architecture, including Assignment Profiles, Libraries, Categories, and other structural elements
- Provide second-line support for LMS-related issues escalated by administrators
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Learning Management System Administrator
- Proven experience administering SuccessFactors LMS
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture, governance, and user management
- Experience in developing and leading administrator communities or user groups
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications for the Learning Management System Administrator
We value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and/or willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you. However, certification or experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is desirable.
