The role
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role is critical in streamlining policies and processes, ensuring they consistently align with the dynamic and forward-thinking Global FM strategic objectives.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective service solutions, budget compliance, and team development, while supporting the business's restructure and working closely with leadership.
- Establish, secure consensus for, and implement Best Industry Practices across assigned regional sites.
- Lead and develop a diverse regional team to ensure successful service delivery.
- Continuously review and enhance service delivery, driving refinements and fostering innovation.
- Ensure all services comply with operating procedures, statutory requirements, client guidelines, and legal standards for HSE and security.
- Maintain full compliance with service provisions outlined in SLAs.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with varied onsite visits depending on the needs of the business. Contractual working location will be the closest hub to where the successful candidate resides.
Essential experience of the Regional Facilities Manager:
- Extensive and diverse leadership experience in Workplace, Hospitality, or Facilities management.
- Proven expertise in facilities management.
- Extensive experience managing operations across multiple sites.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
Qualifications for the Regional Facilities Manager:
- A valid Driving License is essential for fulfilling the requirements of this role.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
