We wish to appoint an Admin Services Supervisor (37 hrs a week) who will be responsible for the daily supervision of all Admin Services staff ensuring compliance in accordance with the Statement of Requirement.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an Admin Services Supervisor who has had extensive experience in office supervision within a busy customer led office environment.


What will you be doing?

•    Daily supervision of departmental administrative staff, providing assistance and/or cover where necessary.
•    Supervision of all Admin Support staff, including PA, XO, TFM support Community support and Skyways Conference Coords employees.
•    Part of the site management team, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
•    Managing relations with end-users and embedding a shared ethos for service delivery of Administration Services within staff.
•    Ensuring effective management and supervision of service delivery, standardisation of customer experience and identifying and entrenching CI.
•    Ensuring annual PDR’s and Six-Monthly reviews of PDR’s are completed within the required time scale.


The experience you’ll bring 

•    Extensive experience in office supervision within a busy customer led office environment.
•    SC clearance.  
•    3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent, or NVQ Business Administration Level 2.
•    Computer and IT Literate.
•    Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
•    Has good verbal and written communication skills.


You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
