Job Title: Training Co-ordinator

About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Training Co-ordinator to carry out all administrative tasks required within the contract and support the manager in continuous improvement of all work processes.

 

You will act as the POC and deal with all daily issues/visitors including internal personnel and external agencies regarding the Hawk UK Training Department, record all training and maintain the Hawk UK live training records database, co-ordinate all internal training including arranging classroom facilities; update course information on Picasso and DII; record nominees; issue joining instructions; ensure Instructors and students have necessary stationary; arrange refreshments; provide support and advise to the Instructors and students if any problems occur during the course; update attendees training records; raise and issue certificates for all HIOS sites; issue, review and file post course evaluations; co-ordinate 3 month evaluation forms; and archive training records.

 

Your other duties will include:

 

  • Produce reports and action plans to address internal and external audit reports and Training Department issues as required.
  • Co-ordinate all external training
  • Assist in preparing external budget figures as required.
  • Prepare monthly training reports/figures.

 

What do I need to do the role?
 

  • Educated to GCSE level (including English)
  • Experienced administrator
  • Articulate in oral and written communication
  • Working knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite) 

 

What else do I need to know?
 

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
