Supervisor Mechanical

About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor to ensure trade tasks are carried out with the correct level of supervision by persons authorised and competent to do so.


Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • Sign 2nd signature for supervision  of work within trade boundary
  • Insert controlled forms in the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Carry out self-supervised activities within own trade if authorised
  • Condition technical equipment as SCRAP
  • Specify extent of independent inspections in source trade and outside source trade
  • Maintaining a PEVL and ensure that all tradesmen return the individual PEVLs for validation of entries on a regular basis.


What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need to have industry experience at Junior Supervisor level, QMS Training, Supervisors in Aviation and Quality and Air Safety Management Systems Training


What else do I need to know?

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
