The role
As a Supply Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead a team of 12 people providing equipment, clothing, and support to our military customers.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Carry out the weekly and monthly management checks to ensure compliance with current standard operating procedures.
- Approve all requests for low value purchases and ensure that equipment is not Service Supplied or covered by MOD Enabling contracts.
- On completion of all action, all auditable documentation is to be final scrutinised and returned to voucher progress for filing.
- Maintain an archive for all auditable documentation for a period of 3 years, 7 years for archives containing purchasing documents.
- All databases are to be accurate and maintained to a high standard including all security aspects as required by current regulations.
This role is full time and based onsite at our RAF High Wycombe site.
Essential experience of the Supply Manager:
- Strong people management experience.
- Process management experience.
- Demonstrable success in managing a large inventory of stock and inventory held items, preparation of stocktaking reports and sustaining performance.
- Experience in delivering and sustaining performance improvement, stock and replenishment levels.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
