Project Administrator

The Project Administrator provides essential on‑site administrative support to our Marine project team, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast‑paced team where your strong communication skills and proactive approach will help you thrive and enjoy this next step in your career.
You’ll play an important part in the successful delivery of our maintenance projects — coordinating activities, supporting project workflows, and helping the team stay organised and on track. Your contribution will directly support operational outcomes and strengthen the overall performance of the project team.
This role is based at Henderson, WA and you may be required to work from HMAS Stirling, Garden Island, WA.
About you
You’ll bring strong Microsoft Office skills and a solid working knowledge of accounting and purchasing systems such as IFS. With multiple tight deadlines across the project, your time‑management capability, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will be relied on every day. Your organised, team‑focused approach will help keep project activities running smoothly and efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current Driver’s Licence and be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. This is a key requirement due to the nature of our work and the environment you’ll be supporting.
