About the Role
Ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Henderson, WA on a 12‑month contract. Reporting to our Regional People Centre Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries and play an important role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly.
This role is all about providing high‑quality administrative support across a range of HR processes. You’ll help onboard new employees, prepare contracts and documentation, coordinate inductions, and make sure our HR systems are accurate and up to date. You’ll respond to day‑to‑day HR queries, guide employees and leaders on basic policy and system questions, and escalate more complex matters when needed.
You’ll also support reporting, maintain data integrity, assist with HR projects and calendar activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the People Centre. Because you’ll be handling sensitive information, professionalism and confidentiality are essential.

You will bring
- Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
- HR degree or related discipline is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in administration and delivery of a strong administrative support service.
- Experience interpreting legislation, policy and procedure to provide high quality advice.
- Excellent communication, consulting and interpersonal skills, proven ability in developing trusted business relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage and update databases and information with high attention to detail and collate data to provide insights to support business decision-making.
