About the Role
We’re looking for an Engineering Services Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering change initiatives and deliver high‑quality project management support across our engineering services portfolio.
In this role, you’ll ensure engineering changes are assessed, planned, executed, and validated effectively- driving cross‑functional alignment, maintaining strong governance, and ensuring outcomes meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Manage engineering projects in limited‑complexity environments, applying core project management competencies.

Build integrated delivery teams across Project Controls, Engineering, SHEQ, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Engage with customers and stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion the adoption of new technologies.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

Plan and monitor project performance, including monthly reporting, deviation analysis, and escalation management.
To be successful you will bring:
- 2–5 years of project management experience, ideally across varying products, services, and lifecycle phases.
- Experience managing engineering change, including assessment, planning, execution, validation, and integration across cross‑functional teams.
- Awareness of contracting methodologies and cross‑functional lifecycle requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management; or relative qualification.
- Professional certification such as AIPM CPPM or PMI PMP, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months.
- Current licences including a Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Eligible to obtain defence clearance
