About the Role
This is a potential opportunity to join H&B Defence as an Industry Engagement Manager, where you will contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance collaboration and innovation across the supply chain ecosystem. Working closely with the Industry Engagement Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, developing engagement strategies, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. You will play a key role in promoting and differentiating H&B Defence with industry bodies, advocacy groups, and Defence stakeholders at both state and federal levels.
The role involves contributing to supplier assessments, developing engagement plans, and representing H&B Defence at forums and industry events. You will facilitate initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, evaluate the impact of engagement activities, and provide insights that support strategic decision‑making. In addition, you will be expected to keep abreast of developments in the Defence, nuclear, and maritime industries, ensuring H&B Defence remains at the forefront of industry engagement. This position requires interstate and overseas travel and offers the chance to make a significant impact in a mission‑focused organisation that values safety, excellence, and collaboration.
