About the Role

Our Commercial team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of the projects we deliver. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join us at our Henderson site and lead the commercial function with confidence and clarity. You will guide commercial strategy, oversee contract governance, and provide trusted leadership across complex commercial matters. You will champion continuous improvement, strengthen commercial frameworks, and support a culture that embraces innovation and smarter ways of working. This is a significant opportunity to influence outcomes, shape commercial excellence, and contribute meaningfully to Babcock’s growth across the region.

About You

You are an accomplished Commercial Manager with proven leadership experience, ideally gained within the defence industry or a similarly complex, high‑accountability environment. You are team‑focused, motivated by delivering high‑quality service, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You bring strong commercial acumen, a background in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related discipline, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You hold Australian citizenship and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance. Above all, you are driven by purpose, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to contribute to work that truly matters.
